The Tilavo service fee covers our document preparation, expert review, submission, and support. Both are shown separately on every product page before checkout. We never hide our service fee.
An eVisa is an electronically issued travel authorization linked to your passport. Unlike a traditional visa, you apply online and receive approval by email — no embassy visit, no sticker. You present the approval at the border.
ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) is a new EU pre-screening system for non-EU nationals who currently visit the Schengen zone without a visa. Once launched, travelers from eligible countries will need ETIAS approval before visiting Europe. Tilavo will support ETIAS applications from day one.
It varies by destination. Turkey eVisa typically processes within 24 hours. India eVisa takes around 72 hours. UK ETA takes up to 3 business days. We show the expected processing time for every destination before you apply — and we always recommend applying at least 7 days before departure.
If your application is rejected and the rejection was caused by a Tilavo processing error, we refund our service fee in full to your original payment method. Government fees are non-refundable as they are paid to the destination authority. We minimize rejection risk by reviewing every application before submission.
